Who We Are
Pembroke Farms is a small suburban community located outside the city of Snellville. There are 115 properties in the Pembrook Farms community with a new Homeowners Association (HOA) Board that is here to serve all members of the community (homeowners and renters alike).
The HOA works on behalf of the subdivision to enhance the quality of life in the community through the upkeep of the common areas, the enforcement of the HOA rules and covenants, and supporting initiatives that maintain the common elements and individual homes.
Snellville boasts quality public schools close to Pembrook Farms: Centerville Elementary, Snellville Middle School, South Gwinnett, and Shiloh High Schools.

By fostering a culture of ongoing improvement, we aspire to create a neighborhood that evolves and grows positively over time.
