Board Objectives

  • Encourage an involved membership with shared and diverse participation.
  • Utilize the experience of the Board members to make and implement responsible decisions and be good stewards regarding the use of funds and assets belonging to the Association.
  • Uphold the bylaws and policies of the Homeowners Association by taking a fair, ethical, and objective approach to representing the interest of all homeowners.
  • Treat every issue before the Board respectfully and communicate resolutions and responses to affected parties.
  • Protect and enhance the value of the Homeowners Association by maintaining common areas.
  • Ensure that all additions/changes to the common areas will preserve and enhance the value of our properties.
  • Communicate with homeowners promptly through appropriate mediums and facilitate opportunities for activities and committees promoting a close-knit, neighborly community that works together for the good of all.
  • Be mindful of and preserve the Board’s Vision, Mission, and Values.

HOA President/Treasurer

Eloise Reid, JM

The HOA president serves as the face of the HOA operation, similar to the CEO of a company. The HOA president typically runs all board meetings, carries out contracts, orders, and documents on behalf of the association. The president may also handle the daily administration of the association. In addition, they make sure all HOA board duties are fulfilled with the community’s best interests in mind.

The HOA Treasurer’s primary role is to oversee and protect the HOA’s financial assets and provide an HOA treasurer report to community members. Additional duties may include developing the HOA’s annual budget, auditing the accounting and financial records, investing, taxes, insurance, monitoring the reserve fund, dues, assessments, and developing financial reports.

HOA Vice President

Karen Miekle

The HOA vice-president primarily supports the HOA president. The HOA vice president assumes the role of president when, for any reason, the latter is unable to.

Additional duties may include leading various HOA committees, managing and overseeing community property/facilities, and managing HOA staff.

HOA Secretary/Treasurer

Brandon Wagner, ESQ

The HOA Secretary serves as the HOA’s primary and official recordkeeper. The HOA Secretary typically works closely with the HOA President. Additional duties may include preparing membership lists, developing meeting agendas, recording meeting minutes, issuing notices of HOA meetings, filing governing documents, and updating the residents.

HOA Board Member-at-Large

Morvyth Williams, CPA

The board member-at-large is elected by the members of the association and does not hold a specific position.

They attend board meetings, offer opinions and ideas, and assist in the development and implementation of policies and projects that benefit the community.
